What size are these pearls? I am hoping to make a larger popping boba and would like to know if there are any differenced between making large popping boba and small popping boba

30 grams of calcium lactate is completely unnecessary, especially considering how expensive it is and how it only goes bad once exposed to water. I should’ve looked at other recipes online before getting too excited with this one.

ALSO, even though this recipe makes a lot of popping boba, it takes forever and doesn’t last for more than 3 days.
